How do I Use my Direct Deposit Form

  • Download and print a direct deposit form now.
  • Write your account number on the direct deposit form.
    Please note that your account number is NOT your card number. It can be obtained by logging into your account online at http://mycard.transcash.com under "Account Activities --> Direct Deposit Information" or by calling one of our customer service representatives at 1.800.770.8861.
  • Provide the completed direct deposit form to your employer in place of a voided check.
  • Start receiving your Payroll onto your TransCash Visa Prepaid Debit Card. It might take up to 2 pay periods for the direct deposit to be setup. Please contact your employer for more information.
