How do I link a TransCash account to my PayPal account?

To link your TransCash account, enter your TransCash account information when asked for your bank account information.
Your TransCash account information is provided on the TransCash Direct Deposit form (Account and Routing numbers).
If you cannot find your TransCash account information, you can call our customer service at 1.800.770.8861 to request this information.

You can link your TransCash account by following these steps (PayPal will keep this private):

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
3. Click My money under My Profile.
4. Click Add my bank in the Bank accounts section.
5. Select Checking or Savings account and enter your information.
6. Click Continue.

Then just confirm your bank account to complete the process. If you bank online, you can usually do this instantly. If you don’t have online access to your bank account, it’ll take a few days.

How do I confirm my bank account?

After you’ve linked a bank account to your PayPal account, here’s how to confirm it:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
3. Click My money.
4. Click Update beside Credit and Debits cards.
5. Click Confirm.

There are 2 ways to confirm your bank account.
Option 1: Confirm instantly

If you do online banking, you can usually confirm your account in a few minutes.
Option 2: Confirm in 2-3 days

If you don’t bank online or don’t wish to enter your online banking details, there’s another way to confirm your bank account. Here’s how it works:

We’ll deposit 2 small amounts (less than $1.00 USD each) into your bank account. They’ll show up on your bank statement 2-3 business days later. Note the 2 exact amounts and then:

1. Click Profile near the top of the page.
2. Click My money.
3. Click Update beside Credit and debit cards.
4. Click Confirm.
5. Enter the two amounts in the boxes provided.
6. Click Submit.

You can then withdraw funds from your Paypal account to your TransCash® Visa® Prepaid Debit Card

How do I withdraw funds from my PayPal account?

Here’s how to withdraw money from your PayPal account:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Withdraw near the top of the page.
3. Select a withdrawal method, then follow the instructions.

Note:

• Once you’ve requested a withdrawal, it can’t be canceled.
• The minimum you can transfer to a bank account is $1.00 USD. Depending on your bank, it can take 3-4 business days for the money to appear in your account.
• The minimum you can withdraw by check is $1.51 USD. There’s a fee of $1.50 USD for each check withdrawal. Your check should arrive in 1-2 weeks.
• Withdrawals are converted to U.S. Dollars.
• You can’t withdraw money to a debit card, credit card, or prepaid card.
