How to Activate my TransCash® Visa® Prepaid Debit Card?

Once you receive your TransCash package, please activate your cards as follows:

Over the Phone

1. Remove the TransCash Visa Prepaid Debit cards from the package.
2. Call our automated phone system at 1-866-466-8093 for card activation and account information.
3. You will need to input your 16 digit TransCash card number.
4. You will need to input your 4-digit security code to authenticate your card.
5. Once your card is activated, the system will generate a PIN number and allow you to "ONE" (1) change free of charge.
   This PIN number will be used to make PIN purchases so we recommend that you select a number that you will remember.
6. Sign you cards immediately.

Online

1. Remove the TransCash Visa Prepaid Debit cards from the package.
2. First step is to create your "Online Account".
   To do so:
   • You can go directly to http://mycard.transcash.com or click on the Login menu from the TransCash website.
   • Click on the "Create Your New Account" link under the Login box and follow the instructions.
   • Make sure to provide the exact information you gave to register your card. If you do not answer correctly, you will not be able to register for an online account. To set up your Online Account, you can call our customer service for help at 1.800.770.8861 during our regular business hours.
3. After your have successfully created your online account, make sure you are logged in.
4. Select "Activate Card" from the "Account Activities" drop-down menu.
5. Click on the "Activate" button from the activation page.
6. Finally, setup your PIN number by calling our IVR at 1-866-466-8093.
7. Sign you cards immediately.

Congratulations! You have successfully activated your TransCash Visa Prepaid Debit cards.
You can start using your cards at millions of locations everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted worldwide.

Tips

• Please note that your PIN number cannot be setup online. You must call our automated phone system to setup your PIN.
  After your first PIN has been generated, you will be able to change your PIN number from your "Online Account".
• The steps above are valid for both the Black and the Red cards activation.
