How does Money Sharing Works?

The sealed package contains TWO TransCash® Visa® Prepaid Debit Cards: one for you and one for your family member.

1. Keep the Black card and give the Red card to the person you want to share money with.
2. Either visit your TransCash online account or call customer service at 1.800.770.8861 to send money online from your Black card to the Red card.
3. The person with the red card can withdraw cash immediately at any ATM or use it anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted worldwide. Please note that the Red card has only access to the funds transferred to its account.
4. Call us at 1.800.770.8861 and find out the different methods to transfer money online from the Black card to the Red card.

How can I Send Money Online from Card to Card?

Sending money online with TransCash is easy.

1. Login to your TransCash online account at https://mycard.transcash.com.
2. Under the "Account Activities" drop down menu, select "Transfer Funds" to send money online from your Black card to the Red card.
3. Your Red card should already be linked to your Black card. If no cards are linked you can add a companion to share money with by selecting "Add an Account" and follow the on screen instructions.
